PINK PANTHER

The most visually dramatic tea I've ever made. The colour is an incredible deep pink and the spiced warmth rivals the best chai I've had in actual Kashmiri restaurants. The hibiscus and green tea base together create something really special, warming, complex and utterly addictive.

This is a party-piece tea, make it for guests and watch their faces when it comes out pink. But behind the drama there's real substance: a well-calibrated spice blend with proper depth. I'd love just a touch more ginger warmth, but as it stands it's a genuinely impressive blend.

Sent a photo of my cup to every tea-loving friend I have. The colour, the aroma, the taste, all exceptional. It's genuinely inspired. The Kashmiri chai influence is clear and respectful, and the hibiscus twist makes it uniquely Hackney. One of the most interesting teas I've discovered.

I'm a massive chai fan and this blew me away. The white and black pepper give it real heat without being aggressive, and the cinnamon and nutmeg layer underneath beautifully. The hibiscus transforms the colour and adds a tartness that lifts the whole thing. Genuinely world-class.

A really bold, beautiful blend. The pink colour is naturally stunning and the flavour delivery is layered, spice first, then floral tartness, then a warm, lingering finish from the cardamom. I make it with oat milk for a latte-style version and it's magnificent. Brilliant concept, brilliant execution.
