Excellent sleep blend.

A seriously good sleep blend. The combination of twelve ingredients, all classic relaxants, creates a depth of effect that single-herb teas can't match. The cinnamon and anise keep the flavour interesting, and the linden flowers add a lovely floral note. My only wish: slightly more valerian for an even stronger effect.

Great for shift workers.

I work night shifts and use Switch Off! to reset my sleep schedule on my days off. The depth of the calming effect is remarkable, the valerian root and passion flower combination creates a genuine wind-down. The oat straw and lemon balm add to the overall calming quality beautifully. Life-changing for shift workers.

The valerian root and passion flower combination is genuinely sedating in the best possible way, I drink this at 9pm and by 10pm I'm deeply ready for bed.
