A brilliant sober-curious option. The botanicals are clearly high quality and well-balanced, you can taste the thought that went into the recipe. The liquorice root adds an unexpected sweetness that I loved. Slightly more cardamom would make it perfect for me, but it's already exceptional.

I'm five months pregnant and this is the sophisticated adult drink I didn't know I needed. The gin botanical profile is really well captured, juniper-led, herbal and complex. The green and white tea base keeps it light and fresh. My only wish is it was available in a larger loose-leaf size.

Genuinely clever concept executed brilliantly. The botanical balance is superb, the juniper is present but not overwhelming, the cucumber is subtle and fresh, the rosemary adds an herbal backbone. I serve this at dinner parties as a sophisticated non-alcoholic option and guests always want the recipe.

Dry January just became permanently attractive thanks to this tea. The G&T inspiration is clear and cleverly executed, the juniper, coriander and cucumber combo is genuinely sophisticated. Brewed cold overnight and served over ice with a twist of lemon it's a genuinely beautiful drink.

As a gin lover who's cutting back on alcohol, this is my absolute saviour. The juniper and coriander seed combination is genuinely evocative of a good G&T, and the cucumber slices add that classic freshness. Served iced with a slice of lemon it's nearly indistinguishable from the real thing at first glance.
