Fresh and clean tasting tea. I steep it a bit longer for more depth and it works really well.

Bought this on a whim and it's become one of my most-used teas, mostly for blending. A few petals in any fruit tea transforms both the colour and the antioxidant profile. The quality of the butterfly pea flowers is excellent, they're whole and vibrant, not crushed or dull. Extraordinary product.

The flavour is subtle, almost woody, but adds beautifully to other teas. The colour transformation with citrus is endlessly satisfying. An unusual but genuinely brilliant product.

The colour is genuinely breathtaking, the deepest, most vivid blue I've ever seen in a drink. And when I added lemon juice and watched it shift to violet, I genuinely gasped. It's like a science experiment and a luxury product in one. The flavour is clean and mild, perfect as a base to add to other teas too.
